Yes, AnkiApp can import decks from spreadsheet files, in CSV (comma-separated value) format, which can be exported from a wide variety of software. AnkiApp additionally supports including sounds and images in these decks, by referencing those files from the CSV, and putting them all together in a .zip file.
To use this feature, open the app and choose the "Import Decks" option in the options menu (...), and follow the directions. If you need any help, contact us at support@ankiapp.com.
Creating Line Breaks in Imported Decks
Anywhere that you would like to have a line break occur in the resulting deck, include this text "<br/>" in your CSV file.

Internationalization
Make sure the .CSV is exported/saved in UTF-8 encoding to preserve international character support.
